Day 15

I can't believe it's been over 2 weeks of trying to learn the egg.  To be honest, I don't get to play egg all that much.  I just play when I'm waiting during loading screens of games of League of Legends.  Whenever I find that I have actual time to play something, I find that I rather play guitar.  So in defense of my egg progress, I have been playing a lot of guitar lately.  Trying to find something to do for my next cover.

So I guess the poll is closed.  I had originally wanted to play egg with my left hand but I guess I'll have to use my right hand.  I find my left hand very uncoordinated anyways so it's a good thing I'm playing with my right.  So far I can get a good sounding rhythm with my right hand for about a bar or two.. but then I lose it and I'm just shaking the egg like I don't respect myself.  Haha.

Maybe when I set up to record, I'll also record the two different eggs and post the audio on youtube.

Day 4

I have eggs!  Now this blog is finally gaining some legitimacy.  Congratulations blog.  I swung by Long & McQuade to pick up a couple eggs today after work... and to my surprise, the cashier didn't know how to ring them up.  Actually, I'm not that surprised.  I bought two eggs because there were white ones and there were green ones.  One is a Long & McQuade model.  It's slightly smaller and it seems as though there are less things inside but they are bigger.  The other one is a Jim Dunlop and it's slightly bigger and seems to have smaller "things" inside.  They sound fairly different.  (Actually, when I first shook one at the store, I was like, "That's what an egg sounds like huh?  Oh yeah, I guess that's what they sound like.)

Here's a sexy pic.

Stay tuned for some audio recordings.  Lol.  I don't know how much longer I'm gonna keep this up.  I'm excited though.  I think my recordings could benefit from egg.  Oh yeah, 5 more days to vote on if I should be left-egged or right-egged.
